One of my favorite pieces of equipment to exercise with has to be the BOSU Ball. The BOSU Ball stands for “Both Sides Utilized” where you can lie the piece of equipment on the flat side or the oval side where it then creates a stable/unstable combination. Pretty much any exercise you do on the floor you can do on a BOSU Ball and which can be utilized in a variety of ways to target various goals whether that be:
- strengthening the lower body (lower back, glutes)
- achieving balance/ coordination
- building endurance/ cardio
- toning muscles

A great HIIT workout and an even better name!… the SPARTACUS workout… how awesome is that!
Suggest doing the circuit three times with a two minute break in between each circuit, and a 15 second break in between each station
**Ladies, don’t be afraid to do this workout… you won’t gain massive muscle… just use lighter weights and more reps**
